UNO Food Service Catering

 

The following information is needed for placing catering requests.

Name of organization, address and telephone of contact person

Person calling and person, group, or department (cost center number)
responsible for payment

Number of participants expected

Plan and confirm menu with Catering Manager at least two weeks prior
to the event.

Provide a guaranteed number of guests by noon two days prior to the
event with the exception of Sunday and Monday events. The number of
people for these events must be submitted by Thursday noon or you will be
billed for the initial count given to our office.

 

Service Charge and Sales Tax

An 18% service charge applies to all catering related expenses included but not limited to the following:

Food

Delivery

Floral

Equipment rental

Linen

The service charge will not be assessed to University of Nebraska at Omaha cost centers or UNO student groups.

Changes and Cancellations

The Food Services Office must be notified of any changes or cancellations
by noon two days prior to the scheduled date of the event. Individuals
or groups may be charged for preparation and set-up costs incurred prior
to the cancellation notice.
