UNO Milo Bail Student Center Meal Plan

The UNO Campus Dining Program is located in the Milo Bail Student Center Maverick Buffet. The meal plan is offered Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters. The program offers a buffet-style lunch served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a wide variety of selections.

Entrees: A four-week cycle featuring at least two selections daily, which include down home cooking
like fried chicken, meat loaf, ribs and roast turkey and dressing - just to name a few.

Grill: Every day you can select from hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs.

Salad Bar: Over twenty items for your salad, six dressings, pasta, potato salad, cut fruit
and little extras like pudding and Jell-O.

Additionally you will find desserts, fresh fruit, soups, breads and, of course, a wide variety of beverages.
