BUFFETS
All prices apply to service in the Milo Bail Student Center.
E-mail orders must be verified by Catering staff.
Buffet selections are available to parties of twenty-five (25) or more guests on
weekdays and one hundred (100) or more guests on weekends. Buffet service
included. Desserts may be added beginning at $2.50 per person.
Includes choice of one (1) entree from roast beef, baked ham, roast turkey, roast pork,
fried or baked chicken or chicken fried steak, salad with dressings on the buffet,
choice of starch, choice of vegetable, rolls and butter, coffee, iced tea and water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Single Entrée Lunch Buffet $10.95 per person
Single Entrée Dinner Buffet $14.25 per person.
Two Entrée Buffets
Includes choice of two (2) entrées from roast beef, baked ham, roast turkey, roast pork,
fried or baked chicken or chicken fried steak, salad with dressings on the buffet,
choice of starch, choice of vegetable, rolls and butter, coffee, iced tea and water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Two Entrée Lunch Buffet $13.15 per person

Specialty Buffets
Pasta Buffet
Includes two pastas, two sauces, Caesar Salad or Tossed Green Salad with Dressings
on buffet, Choice of Vegetable, Garlic Breaksticks, coffee, iced tea and water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Pasta Lunch Buffet $10.95 per person
Pasta Dinner Buffet $15.35 per person.
Chinese Buffet
Includes selection of two items from Chow Mein, Beef Stir Fry, Almond chicken, or
Sweet and Sour chicken, Fried Rice, Egg rolls with Sauces, Coffee, Iced Tea and Water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Chinese Lunch Buffet $10.95 per person
Chinese Dinner Buffet $15.35 per person.
Mexican Buffet
Includes choice of two items from spicy chicken, beef, fajitas, choice of hard or
soft-shelled tacos, garnishes of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions,
shredded cheddar cheese, Pico de gallo or salsa, coffee, iced tea and water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.

Deli Sandwich Buffet
Includes sliced Ham, Turkey and Roast Beef, Sliced American and Swiss Cheeses,
Assorted Breads and Rolls, Tossed Green Salad with Dressings and Potato Salad
or Coleslaw, sandwich relishes and condiments, Coffee, Iced Tea and Water.
Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Deli Sandwich Lunch Buffet $9.95 per person
Deli Sandwich Dinner Buffet $13.95 per person.
Specialty Dinner Buffets
(Available only for Dinner)
Includes a choice one or two entrees from Roast Sliced Tenderloin with Mushroom
Marsala Wine Reduction Sauce, Beef Bourguignonne, Encrusted Roast Pork Loin,
Chicken Piccata, Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast Havarti, Chicken Diane, Shrimp Scampi,
Shrimp Palermo, Poached Salmon with Béarnaise Sauce, choice of starch, choice of vegetable,
Caesar Salad or Tossed Green Salad with Dressings on Buffet, Rolls and Butter,
Coffee, Iced Tea and Water. Beverages will be provided at a self-service beverage station.
Other entrée choices are available by arrangement with the Catering Office.
